1. Where do you ship?

2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
Standard delivery: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery may be slightly delayed during peak seasons or holidays.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to check the delivery progress at any time.
4. What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please send a photo of the issue to info@shaenora.com, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in the processing stage.
7. Do you include receipts or invoices in the package?
No, we keep our packaging simple and elegant — no pricing details or receipts are included.
